Prof. Giuseppe Palmieri (born August 23rd, 1964, San Giuseppe Vesuviano (NA), Italy) is medical oncologist; he is actually Full Professor of Medical Oncology at University of Sassari[1] and Head of the Unit of Cancer Genetics at the CNR of Sassari[2]. He has been Research Director of the National Research Council (CNR) and Head of the Sassari Branch of the Institute of Genetic and Biomedical Research (IRGB-CNR), Sassari, Italy. He gained National-based Scientific Professional Qualification as University Full Professor in Medical Genetics.
